TERMS OF USE

1. Parties

This Website Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between EEL GIDA LOJİSTİK HİZ. DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX) and the user who accesses or becomes a member of the website. By accessing and/or registering on the website, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of this Agreement.

- EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX: Refers to EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX.

- Buyer: The user who purchases goods or services presented by the seller through the Website.
- Content: All visual, audio, and written materials such as logos, signatures, and files shared on the Website.
- Service: Applications provided for Users to carry out their activities under this Agreement.
- User/Member: Individuals or legal entities who access or register on the Website.
- Product: All goods or services offered for sale by the Seller on the Website.

3. Subject and Scope

This Agreement sets forth the terms of use for the services offered through the Website and the rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Membership and Service Conditions

To register on the Website, users must be of legal age and approved by EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX. Users whose memberships have been suspended or terminated cannot register.

5. Rights and Obligations

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, Website rules, and this Agreement while using the Website. They are responsible for the confidentiality and security of their access credentials. EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX reserves the right to modify content, suspend or terminate memberships without prior notice. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, and technical failures release EEL LOGISTICS / KILIMIX from liability for delayed or incomplete performance.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to this Agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund. Simply send an email to hello@kilimix.com or call +90 545 216 20 46.

Important Notes

- Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging.
- Items must be securely packaged using the original protective materials.
- Any damages during return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after return approval.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Products not meeting return conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

Wrong Product Delivery

If you received a different product than ordered, please contact hello@kilimix.com or +90 545 216 20 46 immediately.
